As a father of two lively teenage boys who in this stage of life seem to be growing like weeds and also choose to have spirited disagreements with one another over any and all matters, the title of this this painting came organically. In my eyes siblings and friends are akin to "TUMBLEWEEDS" in the vast landscape of relationships, drifting together through life's unpredictable gusts and storms. Just like tumbleweeds that momentarily part ways only to be brought back together by the same forces that separated them, siblings and friends may clash and diverge, but the enduring underlying current of love and shared history inevitably draws them back into unity.
